Easy To Operate . . . New digital
controls are located on the front of the unit. The controls
include an on/off switch, intensity control, digital
display, conveyor speed control and two programmable pre-set
menu buttons. Operators also have independent control of two
exit side heating elements .... all with just the push of a
button.

Lincoln Conveyor Return Toaster is designed to accommodate a
variety of bread products by adjusting the conveyor speed to
create lighter or darker toasting and to allow for thicker
products that contain moisture such as English muffins or
fresh bagels.

conveyor belt is flexible stainless steel design with

Return Toaster is equipped with an advanced patent pending
controller that results in superior toasting and
productivity performance. Once the intensity level and belt
speed are set, this new controller ensures that the
intensity level of the heating elements is maintained at a
constant level by regulating the power delivered to them. It
also independently adjusts the conveyor belt speed by
detecting fluctuations in power delivered to the heating
elements - allowing a 99% consistent product look, feel,
texture, and taste independent of voltage fluctuations
and/or load conditions. In addition, the new 8005 Return
Toaster features profiled zoned elements to produce even
toasting across the chamber ... no sacrificing of
productivity.

air curtain prevents heat loss. Each unit is equipped with a
voltage detection feature that identifies and adapts to
incoming voltage.
Warranty . . .
All new toaster come with a one (1)
year parts /labor warranty. Defective parts of the original
equipment on all installed toasters warranted for one year
from the date of purchase. Warranty service must be provided
by an authorized service agent.
